KITCHEN MANAGER-Looking to Hire a Kitchen Manager for our MilkBoy Chestnut St. Location!Qualifications:1-4years experience (line/prep)ServSafe Certified (preferred)Reputable Culinary Arts Degree or Education (preferred)Requirements:Must be able to communicate in spoken and written English, Spanish is a plus!Must have reliable transportation and ability to be reached by MilkBoy management by phone or emailPhysically able to successfully perform the responsibilities listed belowShows exemplory leadership and troubleshooting skills Responsibilities:Set up and continually stock stations with necessary suppliesPrepare food for serviceCook menu items under the direction of managment and in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffMaintain food pars and costs in conjunction with given budgetWrite BOH hourly schedule and maintain labor costs in conjunction with given budgetMaintain a clean station and kitchenComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsExhibit a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
